The location of Comfort Suites Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston is ideal, situated in a convenient strip mall area. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood close to George Bush International Airport - IAH, making it a great place to stay. My weekend stay at the hotel was pleasant, and I plan on returning in the future.

The room was nice, with fresh towels and a comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located near Public Transportation and Houston. Easy access to the hotel because of good weather.

Location to airport

Facilities were low to medium, water temp was barely warm, not hot, maintenence service was not available after 5 pm.

The hotel is spotlessly clean with every detail being perfect. The room is brand-new and a good size with a comfortable bed. The service is good. Breakfast offers adequate options considering the circumstances.

The WiFi was slow and frequently stalled

The room was nicely decorated and had a cozy bed, with everything you need. The location here is great, right next to a convenient strip mall. 🛍️

Location: the hotel was not far from the airport shuttle and Houston because of weather and overbooking on airlines and the free airport shuttle service.

The value for money at this hotel was great. We got a hotel that was close to the airport for our flight the next morning, and the prices were very reasonable. The location of the TV in the room was also a nice touch, making it easy to watch from anywhere in the space. The staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities in the room were more than satisfactory. Additionally, the rooms were much bigger than expected and very comfortable.

All was well, no improvements needed.

No bottled water available, even in the vending machines - had to go to hotel next door for this basic need. No clerk was available at the desk multiple times that I / another unrelated traveler sought information, although the "Back in 5 minutes' sign was there. Not even coffee available before 6 AM - at the complimentary breakfast spot. Had to leave at 5:45 to catch a flight. My error. On second thought I could have made a cup in the room. But it seems having this and their "continental breakfast" offerings out earlier is not asking too much, especially given they're an airport hotel.

The hotel is in a great location close to various restaurants, the airport, and offers shuttle service. the room we stayed in was stylish and clean, with a comfortable bed and a functional toilet. - the breakfast was delicious with options like bacon and French toast.

It would be helpful if provides shuttlebuses to/from the nearby aiport, and also to the Galleria.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom. Wi-Fi worked well and the airport shuttle service was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
